How do disputes work?
If you're unhappy with the delivery, you can raise a dispute. Our platform support team will review the project requirements and the delivered work to mediate a fair resolution, which may include a full or partial refund.
What does "Monthly AI Cost Estimate" mean?
This is an estimated range of what you'll pay to third-party providers (like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Make.com) to run the automation. These costs depend on your usage volume and are billed directly by those providers, not by us.
When do experts get paid?
Experts receive their payout typically 3 days after you mark the project as complete. This cooling-off period ensures that everything is working correctly before funds are final.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on the solution. Simple automations can be deployed in 2-3 days. More complex workflows typically take 1-2 weeks. Every solution listing includes an estimated delivery timeline, and custom projects are scoped with clear milestones before work begins.
What happens if I need changes after delivery?
Each solution includes a support period after delivery (typically 7-14 days) for bug fixes and minor adjustments. If you need changes beyond the original scope, you can discuss an additional milestone with the expert or purchase extended support.
Can I talk to the expert before buying?
Yes. Once you purchase a solution or post a project, you get direct on-platform messaging with the expert. For Discovery Scans and Custom Projects, experts submit detailed proposals first so you can evaluate their approach before committing to implementation.
What if the automation breaks after the support period?
